Condolence From: Samantha Maksimow
Condolence: I feel it is my duty, to write this, as a Christian, and as a Woman Of God, although I did not know Jake that personally well, I only knew him as someone that I went to school with, and somebody that I saw every day, or used to for one time. I can’t express how sorry I am, for both him, The Monteiro Family, and his Friends. Whenever something like this happens, I just want to apologize excessively, and profusely, to all, and to anybody, who is involved. Jake was such a young man, only my age, a mere 21 years of age, and deserved to live a long, happy, and full, Life, ahead of himself. Because, we only get one of them. And, unfortunately, some of us are denied, that privilege. And, we will never understand why, the reasonings behind that, are never to be understood. I’ll be honest, I get sad everywhere I go, in the town of Oceanport, now, because all I can seem to think about, is him, once again, yet, another, young Life, that was taken away, so mercilessly, and, so, I felt it was my calling, to do this, today. Rest In Peace, Jake Anthony Monteiro, and May God guide your soul; and I pray that you are safe, protected, and with God, at peace, now. I hope that you will even watch over me, and my Life, as an Angel, now, as a classmate, because unfortunately, we never got the chance to become Friends, only Acquaintances. But, more importantly, watch over your Family, and your Friends, and guide them, and protect them, and keep them safe, because, they will need it, for the rest of their Lives. ❤️

Condolence: There are no words that can even begin to express our heartbreak for you. Tony, Maria, Kaitlyn, family and friends, we pray that the Lord bring you some comfort and peace in the knowledge that Jake is now in the arms of the Lord. May you find solace in the words, stories and memories so many have of Jake. Tonight so many turned out to show you just how much he was loved and cared about...what a tribute to his character.
Tony, our love and friendship always as you go through this unthinkable heartbreak. Love you, Charlie and Chantal & fam.

Condolence: I send my deepest sympathies and condolences to all of Jake's family and friends. I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. I met Jake at Brookdale Community College, where we took a Public Speaking class together. I had the pleasure of getting to know what a truly amazing, talented, funny, determined and caring young man Jake was. Even though I was much older, we had a lot in common. We almost always shared jokes when we crossed paths. I had the pleasure of hearing him play his guitar and was surprised at how bold this soft spoken shy young man became when he played. I found out that he loved fast cars, as did I. In fact, we promised that whichever one of us got a truck with a Hemi engine first had to take the other for a ride. No problem, especially since Jake was from Oceanport and not from State Farm, which was the joke that broke the ice between us. I pray that the spirit of the Lord surround the family and bring you all comfort and peace as you know that Jake is resting in the arms of the Lord. May you find strength with every expression of love and kindness shown to your family during this most difficult time.

Condolence: My deepest condolences to the Monterio family. There are no words to explain the pain you must be feeling. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Jake was such a kind, sweet soul. I can’t understand what he must have been feeling. I had just spoken to him days prior and I wish there was something I could have done or said to help him. He is so loved by so many people and his memory will live on forever. I hope he has found peace and that our souls will reunite once again in Heaven one day. You will be missed, Rest In Peace Jake. ❤️
