Robert L. Rogers, 78, of Sea Bright, passed on October 12, 2018 of natural causes.

Robert is predeceased by his parents, Lester and Edna Rogers, two brothers, Lester “Sonny” and Thomas Rogers, and a sister, Edna Layton. He was also predeceased by his life partner, Maria Rogers and his granddaughter, Ashley Hussey.

Robert is survived by his children, Dana Simeone of Louisiana, Cash Rogers of South Carolina, and Michael Stefanelli of Long Branch; his grandchildren, Michelle Taylor, twin sister of Ashley Hussey, Rochelle Rogers, Krystal Stefanelli, Lola Stefanelli, and Nicolas Stefanelli. He is also survived by his two great-granddaughters Lauren and Harley Taylor.

A memorial gathering will be held at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave., Long Branch on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am.Interment will follow at Woodbine Cemetery in Oceanport.
