Elizabeth "Betty" Leon was born in March of 1949 to Joseph Sullivan and Rose Kelly Sullivan in Manhattan, New York. Betty passed away on November 15, 2016 at her Long Branch, New Jersey Residence.
Betty has three sons Dominick Palumbo who is deceased, Joseph Leon and James Leon. She was married to Pedro "Pete" Leon for many years. Betty was a retired LPN who worked as a caregiver and enjoyed taking care of people.
Betty loved her family and spending time with her four grandchildren. She liked to walk the town and enjoyed going to the local library where she also volunteered. Betty's favorite thing to do was watch old movies with her sons and grandchildren.
All services are private. A burial will be announced at a later date. Contributions to help the family with the burial can be made to "In Memory of Elizabeth Leon at gofundme.com. The family invites you to leave a letter of condolence or light a memorial candle by selecting the appropriate tab.
